deei11 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the deei11 platform, including the website at deei11.app, all sports betting services, casino games, Live Casino, Slots, deposit and withdrawal functions, and any other features offered through the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you, the player, and deei11.

03 Account Registration & Security

When you register a deei11 account, you are required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information requested during the sign-up process. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account.

You must not share your deei11 account login with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify deei11 immediately via the contact details provided on this page.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Multiple accounts created by the same person or for the same person will be treated as duplicate accounts and may be closed.
• Any bonuses or winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided.
• You must not transfer funds between deei11 accounts or allow another person to fund your account on your behalf through methods intended to circumvent these terms.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on deei11 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit /credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposits are typically credited to your deei11 account balance promptly after the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and the payment provider's systems.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing. deei11 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Funds in your deei11 account that were deposited but never used for betting or casino play may be subject to inactivity review in line with deei11's dormant account policy.

deei11 does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for checking any fees applied by JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer before initiating a transaction.

05 Sports Betting Rules

deei11 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, Football, Esports and more. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or edit a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before you confirm your bet — the odds shown on your bet slip at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• deei11 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time odds engine. There may be brief periods during live matches when markets are suspended — this is normal and relates to key match events.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules which are detailed in the Help section of the platform.
• PSL and international cricket bets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments where applicable.
• deei11 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of result manipulation, match fixing or irregularities in the betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the relevant market.

Accumulator and combination bets are available on selected markets. Each selection within an accumulator must be from a separate event. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg was not included.

06 Casino & Slots Rules

deei11 offers Slots, Live Casino and table games. The following rules apply to all casino activity on the platform.

• All casino games at deei11 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for standard games, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers via live video stream. These games are governed by the rules of each specific game type (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack etc.) as displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, any affected round will be handled in line with the game provider's rules. deei11 will investigate and resolve any disputed rounds fairly.
• Casino games have minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed within each game before play begins.
• Using external software tools, bots or scripts to play casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until any applicable wagering requirement is completed.

• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific bonus terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on deei11. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform.

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal details.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in any game or system. Any winnings gained through a known error must be reported to deei11 and may be voided.
• Using betting bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or play casino games.
• Placing bets with the intention of abusing promotions or bonus offers.
• Money laundering or using deei11 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity.
• Any form of harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour towards deei11 staff.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

deei11 monitors betting patterns, account activity and transactions to detect unusual behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is identified, deei11 will act swiftly and may cooperate with relevant authorities where required.

09 Privacy & Data

deei11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at deei11.app/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support and to improve the platform experience. deei11 does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data deei11 holds about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal obligations that require deei11 to retain certain records. 10 Account Suspension & Closure

deei11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious betting patterns or financial transactions that require investigation.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in deei11's dormant account policy.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.

If your account is closed for reasons related to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability
